Job Description

The Housekeeping Coordinator supports daily housekeeping operations by coordinating room assignments, tracking cleaning status, handling guest requests, updating records, and communicating with room attendants, supervisors, and the front office. Candidates should have hospitality or housekeeping experience, strong organization and communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a good understanding of hotel service standards. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, professional presentation, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. The successful candidate is expected to respond promptly to operational needs, protect guest privacy, maintain accurate information, and help ensure rooms and public areas meet Fairfield by Marriott standards.
