Job Description

The Executive-Reservations role manages guest and group reservations, responds to booking enquiries, maintains accurate availability and rates, coordinates with Front Office and Revenue teams, and supports upselling. Candidates are generally expected to have hotel reservations or front-office experience, strong English communication skills, good computer knowledge, and familiarity with systems such as Opera or Marriott reservation platforms. A hospitality diploma or equivalent experience is advantageous. The successful candidate should be organised, detail-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable handling high enquiry volumes while delivering prompt, professional service. Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays is normally required, along with the ability to resolve booking issues and protect guest satisfaction.
