Job Description

The At Your Service Agent handles guest requests by telephone, mobile messaging, and other communication channels, coordinating with housekeeping, engineering, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure prompt service. Candidates should have strong spoken and written English, a warm and professional manner, good telephone etiquette, basic computer skills, and the ability to manage several requests accurately. Previous experience in a luxury hotel or guest services role is preferred. The successful candidate is expected to be responsive, discreet, well-groomed, guest-focused, and available to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a resort environment.
