Job Description

The Director of Operations leads the hotel’s day-to-day operations across rooms, food and beverage, housekeeping, guest services, engineering, and other departments. Candidates should have substantial experience in hotel operations, preferably in an upscale or international property, with strong leadership, commercial, financial, and problem-solving skills. The role requires excellent communication, service-quality awareness, and the ability to manage multicultural teams. The successful candidate is expected to improve guest satisfaction, support revenue and profitability goals, maintain brand standards, ensure compliance with safety and operating procedures, and develop department leaders. A degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is typically preferred, along with strong English skills and experience using hotel systems.
