The Server is responsible for welcoming guests, taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving meals and drinks, processing payments, and maintaining a clean, well-presented dining area. Candidates should have hospitality or restaurant experience, strong communication skills, a friendly and professional manner, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment. English and Spanish are valuable, while additional languages are an advantage. Flexibility is expected, including availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and changing shifts. The successful candidate should be attentive to guest needs, comfortable working as part of a team, physically able to remain active during shifts, and committed to Marriott service standards and responsible alcohol-service practices.
