Job Description

The Assistant Executive Housekeeper supports the Executive Housekeeper in managing daily housekeeping operations at The St. Regis Doha. Requirements typically include previous supervisory experience in a luxury hotel, strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, room inspections, cleaning procedures, inventory control and staff scheduling. The candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, attention to detail, a professional appearance and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Experience with hotel housekeeping systems and international luxury brands is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to maintain high guest-service standards, coach colleagues, coordinate with other departments and respond efficiently to guest requests and operational issues.
