F&B Coordinator

Job Description

The F&B Coordinator supports the food and beverage department with administrative and operational coordination. Typical requirements include previous hospitality or food-and-beverage experience, strong organization, good written and verbal communication, computer skills, and confidence using Microsoft Office or hotel systems. The successful candidate is expected to coordinate schedules, menus, reports, purchase requests, meetings, and communication between outlets, kitchens, suppliers, and management. Attention to detail, professional presentation, teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Experience with Marriott or Ritz-Carlton standards is advantageous. The role may require shift work, weekends, and public holidays.
