Job Description

The Loss Prevention Officer helps protect guests, employees, property and company assets at Sharq Village & Spa, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel. Requirements generally include previous security, loss prevention or hotel experience, good observation and communication skills, professional appearance, physical fitness, and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Familiarity with emergency procedures, incident reporting, access control and CCTV is useful. The successful candidate is expected to remain alert, respond calmly to incidents, enforce hotel safety and security procedures, maintain confidentiality, support investigations, assist guests professionally and cooperate with local authorities and hotel departments. English communication is normally required; additional languages and relevant security training are advantageous.
