The Loss Prevention Manager is responsible for protecting guests, employees, property and hotel assets at Le Méridien Petaling Jaya. Typical requirements include relevant security, law enforcement, military or hospitality experience, supervisory leadership, incident investigation skills and knowledge of emergency procedures, workplace safety and local regulations. The candidate is expected to lead the loss prevention team, maintain effective security policies, monitor access and surveillance systems, investigate incidents, prepare reports, coordinate emergency responses and work closely with hotel departments and local authorities. Strong communication, integrity, sound judgment, discretion, physical fitness and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential. Hospitality experience and familiarity with Marriott standards would be advantageous.
