Job Description

The Steward supports the kitchen and food-and-beverage teams by washing dishes, cleaning cooking equipment, maintaining storage and work areas, removing waste, and following hygiene and food-safety procedures. The role generally requires a reliable and physically fit candidate who can stand for long periods, lift supplies safely, work efficiently in a busy environment, and follow instructions carefully. Previous hotel, restaurant, or commercial-kitchen experience is useful but may not be essential. Candidates are expected to maintain high cleanliness standards, cooperate with chefs and colleagues, work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays, and present a professional, positive attitude.
