Job Description

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert is responsible for maintaining guest rooms, suites, public areas and back-of-house spaces to high cleanliness and presentation standards. Duties may include cleaning and preparing rooms, replenishing amenities, reporting maintenance issues, handling linen and supplies, and following health, safety and sustainability procedures. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, reliability and the ability to work efficiently while standing, bending and lifting. Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is helpful but may not be essential. The successful candidate is expected to provide discreet, friendly service, respect guest privacy, work well within a team and remain flexible with shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
