Job Description

The Intern, Front Office supports daily guest-service operations, including check-in and check-out assistance, reservations, telephone enquiries, concierge coordination, guest requests, and accurate record keeping. Candidates should be enrolled in or recently completing a hospitality, tourism, or related programme, with a genuine interest in hotel operations. Strong communication, interpersonal, customer-service, and organisational skills are expected. The successful candidate should be professional, welcoming, detail-oriented, and comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays. English communication is essential; additional languages are advantageous. The role also requires a polished appearance, a positive attitude, willingness to learn Marriott service standards, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
