The Guest Experience Expert – Butler Service Desk supports personalized service for guests staying at TA’AKTANA, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa in Labuan Bajo. Requirements generally include previous experience in guest relations, front office, concierge, butler service, or luxury hospitality; strong English communication; professional presentation; computer literacy; and the ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of additional languages and local attractions is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to anticipate guest needs, coordinate requests with hotel departments, manage service information accurately, resolve concerns discreetly, and deliver warm, highly personalized experiences. Excellent organization, cultural awareness, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential.
