The Chef de Partie – Butchery is responsible for preparing, trimming, portioning and storing meat, poultry and other butchered products according to food safety and quality standards. Candidates should have professional kitchen or butchery experience, sound knowledge of cutting techniques, hygiene regulations and safe equipment handling. Culinary training is preferred, along with the ability to follow recipes, control portion sizes and minimise waste. The role requires teamwork, organisation, physical stamina and attention to detail. The successful candidate is expected to maintain a clean workstation, support the wider kitchen team, meet service deadlines and consistently deliver products that meet the resort’s standards.
