Job Description

The Rooms Controller coordinates room assignments, availability, room status updates and communication between Front Office, Housekeeping and other hotel departments. Candidates should have hotel or front-office experience, strong organization and communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence using property-management systems and standard office software. The role requires accurate record keeping, handling changing guest and operational requirements, and supporting smooth check-in and check-out processes. Candidates are expected to remain calm under pressure, work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, maintain professional grooming and service standards, and protect guest privacy. Previous experience with Marriott systems or a similar luxury hotel environment would be advantageous.
