Job Description

The Security Officer helps protect guests, employees, property and hotel assets at Fairfield by Marriott Krabi Ao Nang Beach. Typical requirements include previous security, hospitality, military or law-enforcement experience; good observation and communication skills; physical fitness; basic English; and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Responsibilities may include patrols, monitoring CCTV and access points, responding to incidents, assisting guests during emergencies, preparing reports and supporting fire-safety procedures. The successful candidate is expected to remain calm, professional and discreet, follow Marriott policies, cooperate with local authorities and deliver friendly service while maintaining a safe environment.
