Job Description

The Event Executive coordinates conferences, meetings, weddings and other functions from initial enquiry through to delivery. Requirements typically include relevant hospitality or event experience, strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, professional presentation, and confidence using event-management and office systems. The successful candidate is expected to manage client communication, prepare proposals and event orders, coordinate with food and beverage, rooms, kitchen and operations teams, monitor budgets and timelines, and provide attentive service on event days. Flexibility is important, as the role may involve evenings, weekends and busy periods. A proactive, commercially aware approach and the ability to remain calm while managing multiple priorities are highly valued.
