Job Description

The Reservations Sales Manager leads the reservations team, manages booking enquiries and conversion performance, and supports room revenue through effective selling and inventory coordination. Candidates typically need a bachelor's degree or equivalent hospitality experience, several years in hotel reservations or front-office sales, strong knowledge of property-management and reservation systems, and excellent English communication skills. The role requires leadership, coaching, commercial awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
