Job Description

The Food & Beverage Attendant supports restaurant, bar, banquet and room-service operations at Four Points by Sheraton Perth. Typical responsibilities include preparing and setting up service areas, welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, processing payments, maintaining cleanliness and following food-safety standards. Candidates should have strong customer-service and communication skills, a professional presentation, reliable work habits and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment. Previous hospitality experience is useful but may not be essential. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and public holidays is expected. Responsible Service of Alcohol certification may be required for duties involving alcohol.
