Job Description

The Reservations Agent handles individual and group room bookings, answers guest enquiries, updates reservation records, and supports hotel occupancy and revenue goals. Candidates should have hospitality, reservations, or customer-service experience, along with good spoken and written English; knowledge of Malay or other languages is an advantage. Familiarity with hotel reservation systems, basic computer skills, accuracy, and professional telephone manner are expected. The successful candidate should be organized, service-focused, commercially aware, and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests calmly are essential.
