Job Description

This is an entry-level Marriott Voyage development opportunity in Food and Beverage Operations in Japan. Candidates are generally expected to be recent graduates or early-career hospitality professionals with a degree or relevant experience in hotel, restaurant, tourism, or business operations. Strong customer-service, communication, teamwork, organization, and problem-solving skills are important. Professional English is typically required, while Japanese ability may be preferred depending on the placement. The successful candidate should be willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays, learn different F&B functions, follow Marriott service and safety standards, and relocate or work in Japan for the program period.
