Job Description

The Storekeeper manages the receipt, storage, organization, and distribution of food, beverages, operating supplies, and other hotel stock. Candidates should have previous experience in hotel stores, warehousing, purchasing, or inventory control, ideally within an international resort. Basic computer skills, accurate record keeping, good organization, physical fitness, and familiarity with stock rotation and safe storage are expected. The role requires checking deliveries, maintaining par levels, monitoring expiry dates, conducting inventories, issuing supplies against approved requests, and coordinating with purchasing, finance, kitchens, and other departments. Reliability, honesty, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work flexible shifts are important.
