Job Description

The Executive Chef leads all culinary operations at Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta Thamrin, including menu development, food quality, kitchen staffing, cost control, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. Candidates are generally expected to have substantial experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader in an upscale hotel or high-volume restaurant, strong knowledge of international cuisine, HACCP and food-safety standards, budgeting, purchasing, and team development. The role requires proven leadership, creativity, commercial awareness, organization, and the ability to work under pressure. A culinary qualification and strong communication skills are normally preferred, while experience with Marriott or other international hotel brands is advantageous.
