Job Description

The Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks while providing attentive, friendly service to hotel guests. Candidates should have previous experience in a bar, restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality environment, good knowledge of beverages and cocktail preparation, and strong communication skills. The role requires a professional appearance, responsible alcohol service, accurate cash or billing handling, and the ability to work efficiently during busy periods. Candidates are expected to maintain cleanliness, follow food safety and hotel standards, support the bar team, and create a welcoming guest experience. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays is normally required.
