The Executive Pastry Chef leads the pastry and bakery operation at The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur. Requirements typically include substantial experience in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants, strong knowledge of French and international pastry, food safety standards, menu development, costing, and team leadership.
