Requirements typically include practical carpentry experience, knowledge of woodworking tools and materials, the ability to read basic drawings, and strong attention to quality and safety. Experience in a hotel, resort or commercial property is preferred. The successful candidate is expected to respond promptly to maintenance requests, complete preventive work, keep tools and work areas organized, coordinate with the Engineering team, and deliver professional service with minimal disruption to guests. Flexibility, physical fitness, teamwork and willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays are important.
