The candidate is expected to maintain accurate records, monitor stock levels and expiry dates, keep storage areas clean and organized, conduct regular inventories, follow company purchasing and loss-prevention procedures, and coordinate effectively with kitchen, food and beverage, housekeeping and finance teams.
