The Executive Housekeeper leads the resort’s housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring guest rooms, public areas and staff facilities meet Sheraton and Marriott quality standards. Requirements typically include several years of progressive housekeeping experience in an upscale hotel or resort, supervisory or departmental leadership experience, strong knowledge of cleaning, laundry, sanitation and inventory procedures, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate is expected to manage staffing, scheduling, training, budgets and supplies while maintaining high service standards. Flexibility, attention to detail, cultural awareness and the ability to work in a remote island environment are important. Experience with hotel systems and international resort operations would be advantageous.
