Job Description

The Cook GSA supports the kitchen team by preparing and cooking menu items, following recipes, maintaining food quality, and meeting Marriott food-safety and hygiene standards. Candidates should have commercial kitchen or hotel cooking experience, basic knowledge of food preparation, portion control, sanitation, and safe equipment use. The role requires teamwork, reliability, good communication, physical stamina, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays. The successful candidate is expected to maintain a clean workstation, follow instructions from senior chefs, manage tasks efficiently during busy service periods, and deliver consistent meals in line with resort standards.
