Job Description

The Commis 3 supports the kitchen team with basic food preparation, cooking, plating, storage and cleaning duties under the direction of chefs. Requirements typically include some kitchen experience or culinary training, knowledge of food hygiene, safe knife handling, and the ability to follow recipes and instructions. The candidate is expected to work efficiently in a fast-paced resort environment, maintain high cleanliness standards, handle physically demanding tasks, and cooperate well with colleagues from different cultures.
