The Server is responsible for welcoming guests, taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving meals and drinks, clearing and resetting tables, and processing payments when required. Candidates should have customer-service experience in a hotel, restaurant, or similar hospitality environment, good English communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy setting. Knowledge of food and beverage service, POS systems, hygiene standards, and menu items is useful. The role requires flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays, along with teamwork, reliability, attention to detail, and a friendly approach to guests. Additional languages and prior experience with international hotel brands may be advantageous.
