Job Description

The Guest Relations Officer welcomes guests, manages arrivals and departures, handles enquiries and feedback, coordinates special requests, and works with other hotel departments to provide a smooth stay. Candidates are expected to have previous experience in hotel reception, guest services, or a similar customer-facing role, strong communication and problem-solving skills, professional presentation, and confidence using hotel systems. Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is normally required. Knowledge of Marriott service standards, local attractions, and additional languages may be advantageous. The successful candidate should be calm under pressure, attentive to detail, discreet with guest information, and committed to delivering warm, personalised service.
