Job Description

The Butler Valet provides highly personalized service to guests, supporting arrival and departure, unpacking and packing luggage, garment pressing, wardrobe organization, packing assistance, and in-suite requests. Candidates should have previous experience in luxury hotels, guest relations, butler service, or a similar hospitality role, with strong communication and grooming standards. The role requires discretion, attention to detail, physical stamina, cultural awareness, and the ability to anticipate guest needs. Fluency in English is generally expected; additional languages are an advantage.
