Job Description

The Commis II-Sushi supports the sushi kitchen by preparing ingredients, assisting with sushi and sashimi production, maintaining food quality, and following recipes and presentation standards. Candidates should have basic professional kitchen experience, preferably in Japanese or sushi cuisine, good knife skills, food-safety knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy hotel environment. Attention to detail, cleanliness, teamwork, flexibility, and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays are expected. A culinary qualification or relevant hospitality training is advantageous.
