Job Description

The Duty Manager oversees daily hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth front-office service and a positive guest experience. Requirements typically include a diploma or degree in hospitality management, previous experience in hotel operations or front office, strong communication skills, and familiarity with hotel property-management systems. Fluency in English and knowledge of local languages are advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to supervise colleagues, coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, engineering, and security teams, resolve guest concerns professionally, manage emergencies, maintain service standards, and support the hotel’s financial and operational goals. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential.
