Job Description

The Stewarding Associate supports the kitchen and food-and-beverage operation by washing and sanitising dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment; maintaining clean storage and work areas; removing waste safely; and assisting with stock and equipment handling. Candidates should be physically fit, reliable, organised, and comfortable working in a busy hotel environment. Attention to hygiene, food-safety procedures, teamwork, and safe chemical use is essential. Previous stewarding, kitchen, hospitality, or cleaning experience is helpful but may not always be required. The successful candidate is expected to follow Marriott and hotel standards, work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays, maintain a professional attitude, and support chefs and service teams efficiently.
