Job Description

The Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, takes guest orders, recommends drinks, maintains the bar, and follows responsible-service and hygiene standards. Candidates should have previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, bar, or similar hospitality setting, good knowledge of beverages and cocktail preparation, and strong customer-service skills. A friendly personality, English communication ability, basic cash-handling knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are expected. The role requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
