Job Description

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for maintaining guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces to Four Points by Sheraton and Marriott standards. Candidates typically need hotel housekeeping experience, previous supervisory or managerial experience, strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, room inspections, linen and inventory control, staffing and departmental budgets. Good English communication, computer skills and the ability to coordinate with Front Office, Engineering and external suppliers are expected. The successful candidate should be organized, guest-focused, physically fit, calm under pressure and capable of training and motivating a multicultural team. Resort experience and knowledge of Thai hospitality practices would be advantageous.
