Job Description

The Associate Learning Deployment Specialist supports the planning and delivery of EY learning programs. Responsibilities typically include coordinating course schedules, managing learner registrations, maintaining learning-management-system records, preparing reports, communicating with trainers and stakeholders, and resolving deployment or attendance issues. Candidates are generally expected to have a bachelor’s degree, strong administrative and organizational skills, attention to detail, and good written and verbal English. Experience in learning administration, training coordination, shared services, or customer support is useful. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, databases, and learning platforms is an advantage. The role requires reliability, responsiveness, discretion when handling employee information, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a collaborative, international environment.
