HR Associate

Job Description

The HR Associate role supports EY’s people and HR operations in Malta, including employee administration, onboarding, maintaining personnel records, preparing reports, responding to staff enquiries and assisting with HR processes and projects. Candidates are generally expected to have relevant experience or qualifications in human resources, business administration or a related discipline, together with strong organisational and communication skills. Attention to detail, confidentiality, professionalism and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential. Familiarity with HR systems, Microsoft Office and employment practices is helpful. EY will expect a collaborative, service-focused individual who can work effectively with employees and managers, follow procedures accurately and contribute positively to a professional, fast-paced environment.
