The Senior Associate – Quality (Cash/Duty Recon) is responsible for reviewing and reconciling cash, duties, taxes, and related financial transactions, identifying discrepancies, and supporting accurate reporting and controls. Candidates are generally expected to have experience in reconciliation, finance operations, audit, or quality assurance, preferably within logistics or express transportation. Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, Excel skills, and familiarity with financial systems are important. The role also requires clear communication, disciplined follow-up, and the ability to meet deadlines while handling sensitive financial information. Experience with DHL processes, customs-related charges, or shared-service operations would be advantageous.
