Job Description

The Kitchen Steward supports the kitchen team by washing dishes, cleaning equipment, maintaining food-preparation areas, removing waste and following hygiene and safety procedures. Candidates should be physically fit, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Good attention to cleanliness, teamwork and time management are essential. The role may involve standing for long periods, lifting supplies and working flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays. Previous hospitality or commercial kitchen experience is helpful but may not be essential, as training is commonly provided. A positive attitude, willingness to follow instructions and commitment to maintaining high standards are expected.
