Job Description

The Cafeteria Supervisor oversees daily cafeteria operations, ensuring efficient service, high food-quality standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. The role typically requires experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or high-volume restaurant environment, along with knowledge of HACCP, hygiene procedures, cash handling, stock control, and point-of-sale systems. The successful candidate should be organized, hands-on, and confident supervising and motivating a multicultural team. Strong communication skills, a professional appearance, attention to detail, and the ability to manage busy periods are expected. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential. Previous supervisory experience and familiarity with international hospitality standards would be advantageous.
