Job Description

The Cluster Director of Revenue is responsible for maximizing room and overall hotel revenue across Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong - MGallery and its assigned cluster properties. Requirements typically include a degree or diploma in hospitality, business, finance, or a related field, together with several years of hotel revenue-management experience, preferably in a multi-property or luxury environment. Strong knowledge of forecasting, pricing strategy, distribution channels, market analysis, budgeting, and revenue-management systems is expected. The successful candidate should be commercially focused, analytical, confident with data, and able to influence general managers and sales teams. Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with professional English. Familiarity with the Phuket market and Accor systems would be advantageous.
