Job Description

The Accounts Payable colleague is responsible for processing supplier invoices, verifying supporting documents, matching invoices with purchase orders and delivery records, preparing payment runs, maintaining accurate accounting records, and responding to vendor queries. Candidates should have relevant accounting experience, strong numerical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Hotel or luxury hospitality experience is advantageous. The role requires confidentiality, reliability, effective communication, and the ability to meet deadlines while following company financial controls and Qatar’s applicable regulations.
