Job Description

The F&B Supervisor (Floor) oversees daily restaurant floor operations, ensuring efficient service, guest satisfaction, hygiene, and compliance with Novotel and Accor standards. Requirements typically include hospitality or restaurant experience, preferably in a supervisory role; strong communication and organizational skills; knowledge of food and beverage service; and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Candidates are expected to lead and motivate service staff, coordinate with the kitchen and other departments, handle guest concerns professionally, monitor table service and sales, support training, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment. English and Bahasa Indonesia skills are valuable, while familiarity with hotel point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
