Job Description

The Executive Housekeeper leads all housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring guest rooms, villas, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet Accor cleanliness and service standards. Candidates should have several years of supervisory or management experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably in an upscale resort. Strong knowledge of room inspections, hygiene procedures, laundry operations, budgeting, inventory control, staff scheduling, and health and safety is expected. The role requires confident leadership, training ability, attention to detail, good communication, and effective coordination with Front Office and Engineering. Flexibility, a hands-on approach, sound problem-solving skills, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction are important.
