Job Description

The Chef de Partie (Cold Production) is responsible for preparing salads, cold starters, dressings, sauces, canapés and other garde-manger items to Raffles Singapore’s luxury standards. Candidates should have professional culinary training and relevant experience in a hotel, restaurant or fine-dining kitchen, with strong knowledge of food hygiene, presentation and portion control. The role requires organisation, attention to detail, creativity and the ability to follow recipes consistently. The successful candidate is expected to maintain a clean and safe workstation, control food waste, support the wider kitchen team and perform reliably during busy service periods. Flexibility for shifts, weekends and public holidays is essential.
