Job Description

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily room and public-area cleaning operations, assigns duties, checks cleanliness standards, controls supplies, and supports guest satisfaction. Candidates typically need previous hotel housekeeping experience, supervisory ability, good knowledge of cleaning procedures, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Experience with hotel operating systems and international hospitality standards is an advantage. The role requires flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays, together with a professional appearance and a hands-on approach. The successful candidate is expected to lead and motivate room attendants, coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance, respond promptly to guest requests, maintain health and safety standards, and ensure efficient use of linen, equipment, and amenities.
