Job Description

The Banquet Supervisor oversees banquet operations, including event setup, service delivery, team coordination, guest satisfaction, and post-event breakdown. Candidates typically need hotel or hospitality experience, preferably in banquet or food and beverage operations, along with good knowledge of service standards, event procedures, hygiene, and basic administration. Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills are expected.
